I foolishly started vaping in 2018 and recently I had a horrible ear, nose and throat infection...my husband that doesn't vape was like "...it's because of the vaping". I thought he was just trying to fear-monger me from vaping so I started researching vaping being the cause of sinus infections or ear, nose and throat infections. My husband was right and I was so embarrassed to be the reason my own immune system was down which was due to me vaping. It was obvious that my vaping days were over.
My husband had sent me the website info of another popular company to get a flavored air inhaler to help me quit vaping....if you think Capnos products are crazy-expensive, you should see the prices of that company plus they try to get you pulled into a monthly subscription for their products. The goal is to save money and stop vaping not get hooked into another money grab like vaping!
I chatted about trying to quit vaping with one of my cousins who quit vaping. She told me that the air-inhalers/behavioral aides my husband recommended wasn't going to curb my vaping addiction. She recommended Capnos and told me that these products are actually for people trying to stop vaping because most products are geared towards people to stop smoking cigarettes. She was like get the Bre-Z and the Legura plus they mimic the actual feel of hitting a vape and that Capnos products helped her quit vaping over the other company. She was like...yeah the flavors are good from the other company but it's no resistance with those products, Capnos gives you the feel of hitting a vape which will satisfy your oral fixation.
I did take a chance plus taking my cousin's advice so I ordered both the Bre-Z and the Legura....I got the Bre-Z today. It really satisfies my oral fixation to the max AND it does feel like I'm hitting a vape minus the smoke. My cousin did tell me you could customize the wicks yourself with safe essential oils and natural extracts...I customized my wick and I have been hitting my Bre-Z like it's a real vape. My husband was like the concept of Capnos products are genius...even he hit my Bre-Z and was like "wooooow, this is so smart!". He sent the info about Capnos to his brother who vapes but has been trying to quit.
God bless you Capnos....your products are amazing! I love the fact that you really care about people saving our lungs, brain and overall health from vaping plus nicotine is the chef's kiss about all of your products. Thank you for supporting people like me that really want to be vape-free and giving us aides to make that become a reality again.
I have to suck so hard on it to make the "pop" it's painful. It's also so loud...like a tiny whoopie cushion flap sound. Even if I was physically capable of using this device I wouldn't due to the noise. I REALLY wanted to love this device, but unfortunately this was a flop for me.
Quick to reply when I had an issue with my device and they quickly sent a replacement. Learning how to use the device and hopeful this will help me quit
The Capnos Legura is great! Its been an amazing alternative from my vape as the resistance is so good, the flavours are also very good
I've been a smoker for 17 years. Tried quitting over and over, ended up vaping. Then vaping and smoking. Finally said enough is enough and tried nicotine replacement therapy. But then I was losing my mind about hand to mouth motions and flavor. I love the legura. Gives me the hand to mouth motions, and the lung pull. And the yukka mint flavor is actually incredibly long living and strong. I've had this flavor in for about 2 weeks now and I love it still. Also going on day 40 without vaping or smoking which is exactly the day I got my legura!
