Where is my order?
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it ships from our US warehouse. US delivery is typically 3–5 business days after that. If it’s been longer than that with no movement, send us the order number and we’ll chase it. Full details in our shipping policy.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund. Message us with your order number and what you’d like to return — we’ll send instructions. See the refund policy for specifics.
How long do wicks last, and can I refill them?
With frequent use a wick may only last a few days. They’re replaceable, and refillable with roughly 95–110 drops of flavor oil. Flavor packs come with four wicks each — browse the flavors.
Which device should I start with?
The Legura and BRE-Z are both premium — the BRE-Z has an easier, softer draw if you don’t want the full lung-hit. The Zero and E-Z are the simplest way in. Compare all four, or tell us how you draw and we’ll point you at one.
Does anything need charging or refilling?
No. There’s no battery, no coil, no liquid and no electronics in any CAPNOS device. The draw pulls flavored air through a dry, food-safe flavor element.
Can CAPNOS help me quit?
We can’t make that claim. CAPNOS is a behavioral aid built for the hand-to-mouth habit and oral fixation — it is not a cessation product or a medical device, and it isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. If you’re working on quitting, talk to a physician about what fits your situation.
