We hit our vapes when we woke up, between meals, during school or work, while driving, and realized we just craved a hit to satisfy an oral fixation. We were frustrated with the lack of satisfying behavioral solutions that could be accessible for all ages.

Vaping became expensive and we no longer wanted to sacrifice our health, especially as our only nicotine buzz came from the first hit of the day. Can you relate?

Our founder started CAPNOS at age 19 after he started vaping at 14 years old, motivated to help others with cravings. Our goal is to help one million people quit vaping by 2027.

I use Capnos Legura only from today, a nice toy - it can replace a bit of a reflex to reach for a cigarette.

Very interesting product. It does give the pull of a puff bar and there is a taste with it when you take a “hit”. It will definitely be useful for the habit of holding and hitting a regular bar. The smoke is what im really missing from the puff bars but this is useful and i do recommend it. First time users will be put off with it a little bit ar first but as long as you treat it as a regular puff bar it should be fine.

Wow what a game changer. I started with the E-Z which was a really good unit. But the BRE -Z he's fantastic with its adjustable pressure and adjustable flavor. I've cut my vaping down by 95% at least and only hit my vape once or twice in the morning. A great product from a great company who believes in the old style of customer service I couldn't be happier.

Feels similar to vaping but without the smoke. The mint is very refreshing, and the hit feels really clean.
