I really like the design, durability, and progressive innovation of the legura. The only thing I'd change or improve would be the ability range in ability to go from mouth hit to lung hit, because I started with and still use the E-Z which is far easier to inhale.
After you order anything there’s no tracking number or info from anyone for weeks. Customer service was rude and useless. After you finally get your package the next month, don’t expect it to help you stop smoking. The flavors are weak and all taste the same and simply aren’t enough to satisfy a nic craving. Worst thing I’ve bought this year to date. Over all, the shipping time is ridiculous and no communication from anyone about tracking until I emailed them and complained. Even then, all they could tell me is I just needed to wait longer and give it more time (an entire week after it was supposed to be at my door). After it finally showed up, I was not impressed with where my $80 went and it does absolutely nothing to help quit smoking or vaping. The flavor is comparable to a seltzer water and you can barely tell there’s flavor at all. Biggest waste of time and money. If anything I smoke more now because the capnos just makes me want more.
It's okay. The pressurized hit aspect of it works well and is a very cool and innovative idea! The build quality is also very nice. My biggest complaints are that it constantly leaks around the base ring leaving oil all over the device and your hands which is quite annoying. Also, I think the flavor could be much improved. I've only tried the citrus flavor so far which is nice but is incredibly light to the point the flavor is almost non-existent.
The capnos product is well build and seems to be a great idea. I mean, that’s why I bought it. But when I take a pull on the capons, the satisfaction of a real hit is just not there. I’d love to get someone to call me, I even sent an email asking someone to contact me, but that hasn’t happened yet.
