Is there any nic in it?

What actually comes out of it?

What do the two dials do?
The Bite Cap up top is the airflow dial — more open means an easier, quieter pull. The ribbed crown underneath is the flavor dial — it meters how much air runs through the flavor wick, from a whisper to a full wave. Set each independently to build your exact draw.
